Shipping policy

We ensure that the privacy of all our customers is protected in our online store.
The contact details requested when placing an order are used only for delivering the order or resolving any issues related to it. By providing their email address or phone number, the customer consents to receiving information about their order.

It is important to us that our customers can shop under clear and simple terms. You can read more about our terms of purchase below. These terms are valid from 10 March 2023.

General

All our product prices include 24% VAT. Our product prices are shown in euros.
We reserve the right to change product prices and delivery charges.

Products and Prices

It is important to us that the products are displayed clearly and correctly on our online store pages.
However, we cannot guarantee that the colours will match reality exactly, as colour reproduction also depends on the customer’s computer and other device and display settings.
If a product is out of stock in our online store, this is indicated on the product page.

Payment Methods

The Ukkofinland.fi website uses the Klarna service. This allows you to shop online easily, flexibly and securely. By answering a few simple questions, you can identify yourself conveniently in the service and choose the payment method that suits you best.

The available options are invoice, instalment payment, online banking and credit cards – all equally secure! By using the Klarna Checkout service, you accept the terms of Klarna AB (556737-0431, Sveavägen 46, 11134 Stockholm), which you will find at checkout. Delivery Methods and Costs

For the time being, our online store only offers postal delivery.
Parcel Post: the parcel can be collected from the post office corresponding to the customer’s address.

No delivery costs are charged. Orders are usually dispatched on the next working day, and at the latest within 1–5 working days, provided the product is in stock in the online store. When the parcel arrives at the customer’s nearest post office, they will receive a notification at the phone number or email address provided. If for some reason the delivery is delayed, we recommend that the customer contact our online store’s customer service.

Right of Exchange and Return

The products you order have a 14-day right of return in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.
Customers have the right to open the sales package and inspect the products, but the products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, undamaged and clean.

The product must be properly packed in a shipping bag or box so that neither the product nor its packaging is damaged. When all returned products have been received undamaged, the total amount of the products will be refunded to the customer’s account. 

Please note! We do not refund the original postage costs.

The right of exchange and return begins on the day the customer receives the ordered products.

Uncollected Parcels

If the customer does not collect their parcel from the post office, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. A fee of €20 will be charged for uncollected parcels, consisting of the actual costs of delivery and other expenses.

Force Majeure

The normal delivery time is 1–4 working days from the customer’s payment. Force majeure refers to an obstacle beyond the company’s control, such as staff illness or
disruptions in transport. We are not liable for delays or any inconvenience caused by a force majeure event.
