How quickly does the product arrive?
Upon confirming your order, you will receive a notification via email once the order has been processed and handed over to the courier service for delivery. The email will include a tracking code that allows you to monitor your shipment's progress. In Finland, packages from Posti typically arrive within 1-3 days after the order has been processed.
How much does shipping cost?
Deliveries are free. We cover the package shipments.
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Delivery requests abroad are always considered on a case-by-case basis. If you want to order outside of Finland, contact us at info@ukkofinland.fi.

How can I cancel my order?
If the product has not yet been processed, please contact us as soon as possible to cancel the shipment. For products that have already been shipped, you have a 14-day cancellation right starting from the pickup of the postal package. Contact info@ukkofinland.fi for return instructions.
What to do if I receive the wrong product?
If the product is incorrect, it can be returned or exchanged for another. Contact us immediately if you notice you have received the wrong product. info@ukkofinland.fi

How do I return the products I ordered?
The full purchase price of the product will be refunded, provided that both the product itself and the packaging or purchased accessories are in their original condition. You may try and use the purchased product throughout the return period. If there are deficiencies in the packaging or dents or signs of use on the product or packaging, our return handlers will decide on a case-by-case basis if a return is possible. If the deficiencies or dents are minor, we may suggest a partial refund.
An exception to the return policy is products that are laser-engraved, which we can no longer sell. Unfortunately, returning these products is not possible.

Does Ukko offer extended product warranties?
Our product is designed to withstand time and use.
Does Ukko Finland offer an exchange for a broken product?
If the product is broken upon arrival, it can be returned. Often, the decision to return is made through customer service at info@ukkofinland.fi
